For the Greeks, offering stones on graves is a sign of affection...

Back in the year 2005 (i think), we went mountain climbing in the vast mountains of Tamayong. It is one of the highland entries to Mt. Apo. We also river trekked to Tres Marias falls and more other falls of which I forgot (tsk3x). I remember passing through a lot of piled stones along the way. I was curious enough to ask about it. According to my friend, it means that someone has passed by the same direction we are passing. Each passer, would place a stone on top as a sign of safety.

Papa loves to doodle on the characters found in the front page of the newspaper. He might be bored at work so he found a resort to have fun. I always look forward each day on what would be the surprise in the frontpage.

While internet connection at work isn't stable, I was doing a clean-up of my laptop files. And then poof!!! I saw old pictures I took from the new year wishlist board of a nearby Mall from our office.

I find it hilarious!  Seriously?! Posting those on a public place is such a gutsy move. There's no intention of being rude here, I am a QA by profession so checking for errors is a natural thing for me. So spot the NOTs yourself.

Yesterday, the entire Philippines mourned for the lost of former President Cory Aquino. I was disappointed for not being able to watch the tv coverage because I have to go to work.

Yes, even it was declared as a holiday...we have work.

I tried to watch online streaming but too bad video streaming sites are blocked in the office *grrrrr*. So all I could manage to do is read articles. A workmate sent me a site of which made my mood lighter.

While having my daily dose of "newspaper reading", i came across an article about FITFLOPS. Catchy name huh!

Since flops are in for summer, i took time to read the article. Eventually, I got hooked of the flops well-engineered features. It's like you spent a day in a gym just by wearing it. Oh no, i smell shopping...gotta resist the urge. huhuhu

uncertainties...nakakatakot. kaya madalas mahirap gumawa ng desisyon. di pwedeng pabigla-bigla, di pwedeng di pag-isipan, at di pwedeng idaan sa maboteng usapan.

options...yan ang dapat i-consider kung gagawa ng desisyon. paano kung may scarcity sa options? paano kung nalulunod ka na sa uncertainties ng mga options mo? paano kung di mo maiguhit ang solusyon?


sa bawat desisyon, hindi natin palaging bitbit ang ngayon. hindi magiging panangga sa lahat ng oras ang natutunang aral ng kahapon. ang eksena ay ikaw...nag-iisang nakatayo sa dulo. ano na? hahakbang ba? babalik? o mananatili muna?

isipin mo na lang...isa itong pagkakataon para sa panibagong aral, panibagong karanasan, panibagong kwento na mabubuo, patunay ng pananampalataya, patunay ng pagkakaibigan, patunay ng pangako, at pagsubok na pinagdadaanan din naman ng iba.
